プロフィール Profile
旧アーサーアンダーセン（税務部門）にて、主に金融関係及びM&A・組織再編関係のトランザクションアドバイザリー業務に従事。1998年パートナーに就任。KPMGとの統合により、KPMG税理士法人パートナーを経て、同法人特別顧問に就任。
Mr. Kaneko joined our group in 2019. Prior to joining the group, he was a partner of KPMG tax Corporation and Arthur Andersen (Tax unit), focusing on the transaction advisory mainly for the finance industry, M&A and reorganization transaction advisory projects.
He is involved in investment and value-up processes from the Japanese tax perspective and is a member of ESG Screening Committee. He also serves as a Special Advisor of KPMG tax Corporation.
2019年当グループに参画。
Mr. Kaneko is a Certified Public Tax Accountant.
