PwCにて、会計監査業務・株式公開支援業務に従事した後、M&A・事業再生に関する各種トランザクション支援業務に従事。その後、事業会社での戦略企画業務を経て、デロイトトーマツファイナンシャルアドバイザリーにて、事業再生・再編支援を中心としたM&Aアドバイザリー業務等に従事。 Mr. Nakahara joined our group in 2016. Prior to joining the group, he worked at Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory, where he was involved in M&A related advisory mainly focusing on turnaround and business reform support. Prior to that, he was in a strategic planning team at corporate.
He started his career at PwC, where he was involved in accountancy service, IPO support service, M&A advisory and business turnaround transaction support.

2016年当グループ入社。

Mr. Nakahara is a Certified Public Accountant.

経済産業省『中堅・中小企業の賃上げに向けた省⼒化等の⼤規模成⻑投資補助⾦』に関する審査委員を担当。 Mr. Nakahara received a B.A. in Economics from Keio University.

A member of the screening committee of Subsidy for Large Scale Growth Investments in Labor-Saving Measures for Salary Increase at SMEs, implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Japan.
