野村證券にて、富裕層に対するウェルス・マネジメント業務に従事。その後、デロイトトーマツコンサルティングにて、物流・建設等の企業に対する、M&A戦略立案、条件交渉、ビジネスデューデリジェンス、事業計画策定、事業統合支援（PMI）等のM&A実行支援業務に従事。 Mr. Katayama joined our group in 2018. Prior to joining the group, he worked at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting, where he focused on a series of M&A implementation support activities, such as strategy planning, negotiations, business due diligence, business plan development and Post-Merger Integration (PMI) mainly for the logistics and construction industries.
He started his career at Nomura Securities, where he was involved in wealth management.
