Mr. Kondo joined our group in 2018. Prior to joining the group, he worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he focused on business plan development, new business strategy development and process improvement activities, mainly for the industrial goods, media and telecommunication industries. Mr. Kondo started his career as a retail sales representative mainly targeted at owners of medium-sized firms at Nomura Securities.
