Mr. Katayama joined our group in 2018. Prior to joining the group, he worked at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting, where he focused on a series of M&A implementation support activities, such as strategy planning, negotiations, business due diligence, business plan development and Post-Merger Integration (PMI) mainly for the logistics and construction industries. Mr. Katayama started his career at Nomura Securities, where he was involved in wealth management.
