Mr. Naka joined our group in 2006. Prior to joining the group, he was a consultant at Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services, where he focused on valuation. Previously, he was a founding member of the HR consulting division of Japan LCA and took a major role in executing an IPO, achieving second section of TSE.
