あずさ監査法人にて、金融機関等に対する会計監査業務・アドバイザリー業務に従事。その後、PwCアドバイザリーにて、金融機関等に対する財務デューデリジェンス、企業価値評価、エグゼキューション等のM&Aアドバイザリー業務に従事。
Mr. Kodama joined our group in 2024. Prior to joining the group, he worked at PwC Advisory LLC, where he was involved in various M&A advisory projects mainly for Financial sectors, including financial due diligence, valuation and execution.
He started his career at KPMG AZSA LLC, where he was involved in accountancy services and various advisory for financial institutions.
2024年当グループ入社。
Mr. Kodama is a Certified Public Accountant.
早稲田大学商学部卒業
公認会計士
Mr. Kodama received a B.A. in Commerce from Waseda University.
