新日本監査法人金融事業部にて、金融機関（主に生命保険会社、地方銀行等）の会計監査業務に従事するとともに、破綻金融機関・統合金融機関の財務DD等も担当。新日本監査法人評議員、EY Japan リージョン評議会議長、EY Global Governance Council日本代表等を歴任。また、日本公認会計士協会においては、業種別専門委員会生命保険業専門部会専門委員長、保険業専門部会専門委員、銀行業研究部会幹事、出版委員会研究員も歴任。 Mr. Yamauchi joined our group in 2017 and currently serves as a Statutory Auditor. Prior to joining the group, he worked at Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC, where he audited financial institutions, concentrating on life insurance companies, regional banks etc. He had involved in financial due diligence projects for financially distressed/integrated financial institutions as well. He also assumed various positions such as a member of Governance Council of Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC, the Presiding Partner of EY Japan Regional Partners Forum, and the Japanese representative member of EY Global Governance Council. At the of Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (JICPA), he also served as the chairperson of the Life Insurance Expert Subcommittee, a member of Insurance Expert Subcommittee, a member of the Banking Industry Research Committee and a member of the Publishing Committee.
