野村證券にて、中堅企業のオーナー等を対象としたリテール営業に従事。その後、ボストンコンサルティンググループにて、産業財・メディア・通信等の企業に対する、事業計画策定、新規事業戦略立案、プロセス改革等のコンサルティングに従事。 Mr. Kondo joined our group in 2018. Prior to joining the group, he worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he focused on business plan development, new business strategy development and process improvement activities, mainly for the industrial goods, media and telecommunication industries.
He started his career as a retail sales representative mainly targeted at owners of medium-sized firms at Nomura Securities.
