Mr. Aikawa joined our group in 2019 and is currently involved in deals including LOGOSHOME and Hoei Construction. Prior to joining the group, he worked at Dream Incubator on growth strategy planning and new business development for a consumer electronics manufacturer. Mr. Aikawa started his career at Marubeni Corporation in the Tokyo Headquarters where he was involved in automotive export business to Asia and Middle East. While at Marubeni, he also supported M&A and business management in the UK subsidiary.
Mr. Aomi joined our group in 2006 and is currently involved in deals including Kai Shokusan, JOETSU, ENJIN, IMADA construction, NES, Sunrise, CLEARIZE and Yamawa Kensetsu. Past deals worked include Pare, Nippon Straw, Altech, Asahi Synchrotech, Sato Kensetsu Kogyo, Matsubara Techno and Jtop. Prior to joining the group, he was a consultant at Accenture (Strategy Group) on M&A strategy, business due diligence, Post-Merger Integration (PMI), marketing strategy and new business development in various industries.
Mr. Iizuka joined our group in 2002 and has been covering middle and back office operations and investor relations. Prior to joining the group, he worked at JP Morgan in Tokyo and New York headquarters, where he was involved in market related finance and risk management operations.
Mr. Iizuka holds a junior CPA certification.
Mr. Iizuka received an M.B.A. from Keio University Graduate School of Business Administration, and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Tokyo.
Ms. Inamori joined our group in 2015. Prior to joining the group, she was a product marketing specialist at Baxter, a global healthcare company, and before that, she worked as a marketing assistant in several industries. Ms. Inamori started her career as a sales representative in systems integration, and was involved in various system integration projects focused on retail business.
Ms. Inamori received a B.A. in Foreign Studies from Sophia University, Tokyo.
Mr. Kakuyama joined our group in 2016 and is currently involved in deals including Nippon Katan, Crefact, LOGOSHOME, Nakajyo Construction and Hoei Construction. Prior to joining the group, he worked at Mizuho Financial Group, where he was involved in corporate Banking service, M&A related advisory/business development support and overseas expansion support for medium scale and large companies.
Mr. Kakuyama received a B.A. in Commerce from Kwansei Gakuin University.
Mr. Katayama joined our group in 2018 and is currently involved in deals including Kai Shokusan, IMADA construction and Yamawa Kensetsu. Prior to joining the group, he worked at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting, where he focused on a series of M&A implementation support activities, such as strategy planning, negotiations, business due diligence, business plan development and Post-Merger Integration (PMI) mainly for the logistics and construction industries. Mr. Katayama started his career at Nomura Securities, where he was involved in wealth management.

Mr. Kawaharada joined our group in 2020 and is currently involved in deals including Kodama Chemical Industry and Crefact. Prior to joining the group, he most recently worked at Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory, where he was involved in financial due diligence, supporting to prepare carve-out financial statements and advising on accounting structures.Prior to that, Mr. Kawaharada led a start-up company focusing on real estate brokerage in Malaysia as a co-founder and CEO of the local corporation. He started his career at Deloitte Toushe Tohmatsu, where he was involved in accountancy services.
Mr. Kawaharada is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Kawaharada received an M.B.A. from IESE Business School in Barcelona and a B.A. in Economics from Keio University.
Mr. Kijima joined our group in 2005 and advises on investment strategy based on his various management experience, technical knowledge, and personal connection. He serves on the board of directors at Kodama Chemical Industry, CLEARIZE, NES, NPW Yokohama, Crefact and Nippon Katan and had served on the board of directors at companies including Kaijo, TEAC, Fuji Technica & Miyazu, providing value adding activities as a technical/management advisor. Prior to joining the group, Mr.Kijima led development/implementation of the MMC Turnaround plan as a member of the board of directors at Mitsubishi Motors, where he had been supervising value chain in development and accelerating global business alliance as well. During the DaimlerChrysler-Mitsubishi alliance period, he also led the corporate management globalization plan as an executive director.
Mr.Kijima received a M.E. and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Kyoto University.
Mr. Kobayashi joined our group in 2019 and is currently involved in deals including Sunrise and CLEARIZE. Prior to joining the group, he worked at Frontier Management, where he focused on M&A advisory services regarding both domestic/international deals on business succession, carve out, turnaround and JV foundation, etc. Mr. Kobayashi started his career at Hanwa Kogyo, where he was involved in accounting, credit control and legal affairs.
Mr.Kobayashi received a M.S. and a B.S. from Kyoto University.
Mr. Kondo joined our group in 2018 and is currently involved in deals including Pizza Hut Japan, NES, LOGOSHOME and Kodama Chemical Industry. He was previously involved in Pockets Foods. Prior to joining the group, he worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he focused on business plan development, new business strategy development and process improvement activities, mainly for the industrial goods, media and telecommunication industries. Mr. Kondo started his career as a retail sales representative mainly targeted at owners of medium-sized firms at Nomura Securities.
Mr. Suzuki joined our group in 2019 and is currently involved in deals including Java Holdings. Prior to joining the group, he was a consultant at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting, worked on various projects, such as business process development, business plan development and new business development for companies in various industries, including electric power, electronic appliance manufacturing, semiconductor and plant engineering.
Mr. Suzuki received a B.A. in Economics from Hitotsubashi University.
Mr. Suzuki joined our group in 2016 and currently serves as an Outside Director and an Outside Director of Kodama Chemical Industry, serving as a member of the Audit and Supervisory Committee. He is also an Outside Director of Mizuho Securities, serving as a member of the Audit and Supervisory Committee. Prior to joining the group, He was the Territory Partner of PwC Japan from 2012 to 2016. He had been a partner in the firm for 24 years since 1988, including 12 years as the CEO of Zeirishi-Hojin PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC Tax Japan). Before that, he was a partner of Chuo Coopers & Lybrand International Tax Office, where he involved in the establishment of the international tax office. Prior to his appointment as a partner, he spent more than six years at the New York office of Coopers & Lybrand, and Chuo Accountant Corporation in Tokyo.
Mr. Suzuki received an M.B.A. from New York University and a B.A. in Economics from Keio University.
Shinichi joined our group in 2018 and has worked on numbers of deals including Oku Japan. Prior to joining the group, Shinichi most recently worked at Innovation Network Corporation of Japan (INCJ) since 2009, a government backed investment fund where he was one of the founding members and was involved in industry consolidation and co-investment deals of foreign companies with Japanese companies. Prior to that, he worked at Permira Advisors both in Tokyo and London offices. Shinichi started his career at Mitsubishi Corporation, where he worked for Investment and Credit department, later experienced various corporate investment activities, including VC/growth capital investment to early stage to mid-sized companies, LP investments to domestic and overseas VC/buyout funds through Limited Partnership structures and he founded the VC/growth capital fund (Millennia Venture Partners) as well.
Shinichi received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in commerce from Hitotsubashi University.
Mr. Takenaka joined Endeavour United Group in 2010 and is currently involved in deals including Palemo Holdings, Java Holdings. Past deals worked include Total Maintenance Japan, Hanabishi-sawing and TEAC. In addition, he is also involved in investor relation. Prior to joining Endeavour United Group, he worked at Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services, where he focused on turnaround support, such as financial due diligence, business planning, stock value evaluation and sponsor selection. Prior to that, Mr. Takenaka was a consultant at Arthur Andersen on business management, finance and accounting system development, and business improvement.

Mr. Tanaka joined our group in 2017 and is currently involved in Pizza Hut Japan, Palemo Holdings and Java Holdings. Prior to joining the group, he was involved in new business development and overseas expansion support at corporate. Prior to that, he worked at Valiant Partners, where he focused on private equity investment, such as management buyout and business succession for both public and private companies.He started his career at Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services, where he was involved in business turnaround transaction.
Mr. Tanaka received an M.B.A. from Illinois Institute of Technology, and a B.A. in Economics from Rikkyo University.
Mr. Tanaka joined our group in 2018 and is currently involved in deals including IMADA construction, Nakajyo Construction and Kodama Chemical Industry. Past deal worked include Total Maintenance Japan. Prior to that, he worked at City-Yuwa Partners. He has advised clients in venture business on M&A transactions and litigations, and assisted on general corporate legal matters.

Previously, he was a founding member of the HR consulting division of Japan LCA and took a major role in executing an IPO, achieving second section of TSE.

Mr. Nakahara joined our group in 2016 and is currently involved in deals including ENJIN, Sunrise and Yamawa Kensetsu. Past deals worked include Matsubara Techno and Jtop. Prior to joining the group, he worked at Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory, where he focused on turnaround and business reform support. Prior to that, he was in a strategic planning team at corporate. Mr. Nakahara started his career at PWC, where he was involved in accountancy service, M&A advisory and business turnaround transaction support.
Mr. Nakahara received a B.A. in Economics from Keio University.
Mr. Nakamura joined our group in 2020 and currently serves on the board of directors at Kodama Chemical Industry to advise on corporate value improvement based on his various experience in the automotive industry. Prior to joining the group, he was an Executive Vice President of Nissan Motor, focusing on global quality and took a leadership role in resolving the final vehicle inspection issue as well. Mr. Nakamura worked for Nissan Motor and its group for 40 years, where he experienced various projects on vehicle design, product planning, and served as senior management positions, i.e. Management Committee Chairman for Japan-Asia & Oceania and President and CEO of Dongfeng Motor Company Ltd. in China, the largest Japan-China automotive joint venture. He also led parts commonization project and quality control system integration in the Nissan-Renault Alliance.
Mr. Nakamura received a M.E and a B.E. from Keio University.
Mr. Narita joined our group in 2017 and is currently involved in Diamet and JOETSU. Past deal worked include Total Maintenance Japan. Prior to joining the group, he was a consultant at Kurt Salmon US Inc., currently part of Accenture Strategy, worked on various projects to study strategy, operation and marketing strategy for consumer goods manufacturers in various industries including apparel, home electric appliance, home fashion and restaurant business. Mr. Narita started his career at KPMG, where he had focused on accountancy services.
Mr. Narita received a B.A. in Economics from Tohoku University.
Mr. Hayashitani joined our group in 2017 and currently involved in middle office activities. Prior to joining the group, Mr. Hayashitani worked at MUFG Bank with various experiences in corporate sales activities, IPO support, corporate financing such as corporate bonds and syndicated loans. He also has experienced bond sales to institutional investors at a securities firm and as well as managing investor relations and middle activities at an investment fund.
Mr. Hayashitani received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Tokyo.
Mr. Harada is presently Executive Advisor at Endeavour United, while he joined our group in 2010 as non-executive board member to advise on its fund management activity. He is concurrently Senior Advisor to the CEO of Future Corporation. Mr. Harada worked at the Bank of Japan for more than 30 years, where he held several senior positions i.e. General Manager in the Americas and Director General of the Operational Dept. After the retirement from the Bank, he had been President and Chairman & CO-CEO at Rating and Investment Information, Inc. for 10 years. He had served as Member of the Board and Director of Institute for Economic Research and Financial Strategy at Future Corporation before being nominated to the current position.
Mr. Harada graduated from the University of Tokyo with an LL.B.degree.
Mr.Hirao joined our group in 2016 and currently serves as an Outside Director. He is a partner attorney at Nishimura & Asahi and advises on many cases in relation with corporate crisis management and litigation. In addition to the cases which require emergency responses, he advised many companies to build effective whistle blowing systems and anti-bribery compliance programs, and has assisted with due diligence procedures from the compliance perspective. Previously, he was a public prosecutor with various experiences such as criminal investigations, trial, and drafting governmental policy for criminal affairs etc..
Mr.Hirao is an admitted attorney of Japan (2011)
Mr. Hirao received an LL.M. from University of Illinois Collage of Law and a LL.B. from the University of Tokyo.
Mr. Hiraoka joined our group in 2006 and currently serves as an auditor to various companies. He started his career at Chuo Audit Corporation, where he audited in financial institutions, various manufacturing companies and retail businesses and started an independent CPA firm after that.
Mr. Hiraoka is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Public Tax Accountant.
Mr. Hiraoka received a B.A. in Economics from Keio University.
Mr. Fujiki joined our group in 2019 and is currently involved in deals including Pizza Hut Japan, NPW Yokohama, Crefact and LOGOSHOME. Prior to joining the group, he worked at PwC Advisory, where he focused on Carveout DD, ITDD and PMI. Prior to that, he worked at Accenture, where he focused on business transformation, system integration, internal control and management accounting activities for manufacturing, retail and financial industries. Mr. Fujiki started his career as a consultant and sales representative mainly in charge of clients in the manufacturing industry at Oracle.
Mr. Fujiki received a B.S. in Computer Science from Utsunomiya University.
Mr. Fujimoto joined our group in 2018 and is currently involved in debt investment. Prior to joining the group, Mr. Fujimoto worked at MUFG Bank with various experiences in corporate banking, corporate credit administration to the clients in need of a turnaround support and non-performing debt liquidation planning and management.
Mr.Fujimoto received a B.A. in Business Economics from Hosei University.
Mr. Maeda joined our group in 2018 and is currently involved in deals including LOGOSHOME and Hoei Construction. Prior to joining the group, he has various experiences in fixed-income sales and trading at several financial institutions, such as SMBC Nikko Securities and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation.

Mr. Maeno is a Senior Managing Director. He joined our group in 2008 and is a member of the board since 2012. Past deals worked include Sato Kensetsu Kogyo, Asahi Synchrotech, Fuji Technica Miyazu, TEAC, Seiki Tokyu and Gold Pack. Prior to joining the group, Mr. Maeno worked at MUFG Bank, Ltd. He has various experiences in commercial banking business, investment banking business in the United States, business planning in the Investment banking department and structured finance.

Mr. Masuda joined our group in 2016 and is currently involved in deals including Kai Shokusan, JOETSU, IMADA construction, NES and CLEARIZE. Past deal worked includes Sato Kensetsu Kogyo. Prior to joining the group, he seconded to Private Finance Initiative Promotion Corporation of Japan from Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory since 2013, where he focused on PFI projects. At Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory, he was involved in advisory services for various domestic/international M&A and PPP/PFI projects. Mr. Masuda started his career at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu , where he was involved in accountancy services for financial service industry.

Mr. Mimura co-founded our group in 2002 and has been the CEO of Phoenix Capital since 2008. Prior to 2008, he served as a Senior Managing Director in charge of Investments. Previously, Mr. Mimura worked at MUFG Bank, Ltd. He has various experiences in corporate banking, research (at MITI), and investment banking planning.
Mr. Mimura received a B.E. from the University of Tokyo.
Mr. Yamauchi joined our group in 2017 and currently serves as an auditor to Pizza Hut Japan, Crefact and NPW Yokohama. Prior to joining the group, he worked at Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC, where he audited financial institutions, concentrating on life insurance companies, regional banks etc. As well, he had involved in financial due diligence projects for financially distressed/integrated financial institutions. He also assumed various positions such as a member of Governance Council of Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC, the Presiding Partner of EY Japan Regional Partners Forum, and the Japanese representative member of EY Global Governance Council. At the of Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (JICPA), he also served as the chairperson of the Life Insurance Expert Subcommittee, a member of Insurance Expert Subcommittee, a member of the Banking Industry Research Committee and a member of the Publishing Committee.
Mr. Yamauchi is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Yamauchi received a B.A. in Commerce from Waseda University.
Mr. Yoshida joined our group in 2018 and is currently involved in the Oku Japan deal. Prior to joining the group, he worked at Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory, where he focused on M&A advisory and business valuation. Mr. Yoshida started his career at Daiwa Securities, where he was involved in investment banking.
Mr. Yoshida received a LL.M. and a LL.B. from Doshisha University.
Mr. Yoshibe is a Senior Managing Director . He joined our group in 2005 and is a member of the board since 2006. He leads middle office activities and corporate compliance control. Past deals worked include Nakasan and Ichida. Mr. Yoshibe concurrently serves as an outside director of Ibaraki Create, a local turnaround fund management company. Prior to joining the group, he was a banker at Japanese and European banks, with vast experience in corporate banking, corporate credit and structured finance administration.
